In these Covid-19 times, it is more important than ever before to simplify learning for those around us. I don't mean just the trainers, the experts - I mean all of us, leaders, managers, everyone.

How we learn, and how others learn is more critical than ever to understand now. 

I find it more challenging than ever before.

Which begs the question: how are you simplifying learning in your world?
