NuCLOTM uses a patent-pending CALFTM (Continuous Application of Learning Feedback) methodology to capture the business impact of training programs. Using a simple, and effective mechanism, participants are able to engage in active learning through a continuous 360 feedback mechanism (See left). More than 2000 users from multinational firms have successfully used NuCLOTM to record the business impact of their management and leadership training programs.
